RACE NOTES
 LEG 1 RECAP: -They got on the First Flight to Brazil. -They were in the first group departing from the military base. -They chose the "Soft way Down" Detour. -They finished in first place and won a trip for two to Belize. |  LEG 7RECAP: -Started the Leg in 1st place. -Arrived at the Deshbandu Apartments and found a Roadblock awaiting them. -Starr completed the Roadblock with minimal effort. -Worked together and found the clue at the Jainist Charity Birds Hospital and chose to do 'Bleary Eyed' as their Detour. -Struggled to finish the Detour and worked with Toni/Dallas in the end. -A race for 1st place saw them beating Toni/Dallas for it. |
 LEG 2 RECAP: - Started the leg in first place. - Took the same flight as all the other teams - Did the Beach It detour - Nick performed the Roadblock - Finished the leg in 6th. |  LEG 8RECAP: -Started the Leg 1st place. -A sweet conversation between Starr and Dallas in the airport. -Were on the 1st flight but arriving at Almaty (Al Agro Chicken Factory) they found out they had to wait until 7:30 am, where probably all teams would catch up. -Took the risk of taking the Fast Forward with Terence and Sarah. -Finish the FF and finished the leg 1st again. |
 LEG 3RECAP: -Started the leg in 6th -Starr is accused of pushing Christy's sports bra of a ledge -One of the last teams to arrive at the Hat Stop -Chose the "Bumpy Ride" detour -Tried to convince Aja & Ty to U-Turn Kelly & Christy -Nick performed the Roadblock -Finished the leg in 6th |  LEG 9RECAP: -Started the Leg in 1st place -Got onto the same flight as all the other teams. -Starr's budding relationship with Dallas developed further. -Was the 3rd team to leave the airport. -Followed Toni/Dallas to Krutitsy and arrived there in 2nd place. -However, their luck ran out and their taxi driver did not know how to ge to Kolosok Camp. -They arrived there in last place and chose to do 'Boots' as their Detour. -Nick did the Roadblock, only to receive a snide comment from the baker saying that he was not fit. -Starr freaked out on the way to Pit Stop, however, they arrived at the Pit Stop in 3rd place, much to their delight. |
 LEG 4RECAP: -Started the Leg 6th. -Was with the same flight with the other teams. -Starr did the Road Block and was 5th. -Passed Kelly and Christy in finding a gnome. - Choose the Kiwi fruit detour but was in troubled switching to the other Detour, which is the Blokart task. -Starr was injured when her cart fell. -Still were able to continue the race and finishes 5th. |  LEG 10RECAP: -Started the Leg in 3rd place. -Caught up to Ken/Tina and Toni/Dallas at the submarine in 3rd place -The first team to find the clue for the Road Block -Nick quickly finished the Roadblock at first place. -They then chose to do 'Ride the Rails' Detour, putting Nick's advantage as a New Yorker to good use. -Completed the Detour in no time at all. -Arrived at the Pit Stop in 1st place for the 6th time and became 1 of the 3 teams racing for the $1,000,000 |
 LEG 5 RECAP: -Started the leg in 5th. -Arrived in Singapore the same time as 5 of the other teams and got on the same flight to Siem Reap. -Were first at the gas station and got into first place. -Starr stopped for directions on the way to the harbour pushing them into 4th. -Passed by everyone on the way to Kho Andeth. -Completed the "Village Work" Detour. -Nick performed the roadblock. -Nick lied to Tina at the Roadblock -Finished the leg in 1st place. |  LEG 11RECAP: -Started the leg 1st. -Was with the other 2 teams in their final destination, Potland, Oregon. -Was the 2nd team to arrive at Newberg. -Chooses High & Dry in the Detour -1st to finish the Detour, seconds away from Ken and Tina. -Was the 2nd team to arrive at Bridge of the Gods. -A neck to neck race between Nick & Starr and Ken & Tina in the Memory Challenge in the island near the Bridge of the Gods. -Was the 1st team to complete the challenge and the 1st team to arrive at the Portland Building. -Was the 1st team to get their clue from the Russian Food Cart on Alder Street in Portland. -Taking the long way instead of the shorter one to Voodoo Doughnut, but still was the 1st one to get there. -Got trouble in getting a taxi to the Finish Line, the Pittock Mansion. -Cross the finish line 1st and became the official winners of The Amazing Race 13 and they won $1,000,000. |
 LEG 6RECAP: -Started the leg in 1st place. -Zoomed off to the Delhi Airport in 1st place. -Maintained their lead and arrived at the Roadblock in 1st place. -However, they lost their lead when Andrew completed the Roadblock before Starr did. -They did not give up and jumped back into the lead when they arrived at the Ambassador Hotel in first place. -Chose to do the 'Launder Clothes' Detour. -Did the Detour with consistency and completed the Detour 1st. -Arrived at the pit stop in 1st place for the 2nd time in a row. |  |

I was so sad they won they are like one of my all time least favourite teams and are deffinatley one of my all time least favourite winners the only winners I hate more then would be Eric and Danielle and maybe the Linz's the only reason I might hate Eric and Danielle more then Nick and Starr is because Eric and Danielle were shocking racers!
Nick and Starr kinda got luck they got a series of bad racers they got dumb blondes, old people, nerds and angry fighting teams and none of them could race they were so lucky plus if toni and dallas didn't lose their pastport and stuff they might of just beaten them. Toni and Dallas were the only team that had a slight chance of beating them Nick and Starr were so lucky they were put in a series full of massive losers! |
