As you watched the Meghan and Cheyne show this season, aka TAR15, did you spy the red wristbands that the winning duo sported during the season? Visible in almost every shot of the couple, the red "Fight ALS" wristbands were symbolic of their support for former SD Spirit Coach and Director, Howie Hawver, from their high school alma mater, Patrick Henry High School. Hawver, who coached Meghan Rickey in high school, was diagnosed with a Lou Gehrig's Disease late last year.

In a recent interview with Flight Time and Big Easy, EW asked if the duo would be open to any other reality show opportunities in the path of Survivor's Rob and Amber, and now Big Brother's Jordan Lloyd and Jeff Schroeder. Not surprisingly Flight Time leaves the field wide open for a number of possibilities, " I feel like I can do anything now. I could do Survivor. I enjoy watching Dancing with the Stars and I think I'm a pretty good dancer. We're up for anything."
While I don't think that either Flight Time or Big Easy are likely to fly under the radar on Survivor, I do think those two already have some pretty good moves, so ABC, listen up and add Flight Time to your dance card!
What do you think? Would Flight Time or Big Easy make good contestant fodder on another reality TV show, and if so, which one?

After a whirlwind trip around the world in 21 days, Amazing Race 15 (aka The Meghan and Cheyne Show) comes to close in a seriously predictable finale. Twenty-three year old couple-since-grade-school, Meghan Rickey and Cheyne Whitney took the $1 million prize money in what most of us would call a complete blow-out.
Though it may have seemed that there may have been a fighting chance for either Brian and Ericka or Sam and Dan at some point during the episode, don't fool yourself -- that's simply called editing!

"In our minds, we've already won," says Cheyne in a CBS interview. Ahem, in my mind, you've already won too. Sure, we're down to the final three couples in the Amazing Race, but as far as I'm concerned, they've won the vast majority of the race by legs and the last should be no different.
I mean seriously, do any of you think any of these other couples are any sort of competition for Meghan (oh yeah, and Cheyne)?

In last night's episode of the Amazing Race, we said a fond farewell to Globetrotter duo, Flight Time and Big Easy. With their free-wheelin', care-free, though sometimes Survivor-style ethics, this team said goodbye with a spirit of graciousness and respect that all of us should admire.

While navigating the rope course in Prague, brother team Sam and Dan gained some time on husband and wife team Brian and Ericka by stealing a cab that was waiting to the spouses away after completing the rope course.
Though Brian and Ericka would have most certainly come in last place regardless of the cab theft, what did you think about Sam and Dan's great cab heist? Though high moral standards are clearly not part of the rule book in reality show Survivor, what is the moral rubric in The Amazing Race? What did you think about Sam and Dan's great cab heist and would you have done the same for a chance at a million dollars?

After tonight's episode (11-29) the brothers have crossed the line of morality for the last time. It is a race for a million dollars but they have played dirty too many times. They argue like a two year olds. They do not deserve to win the million dollars. Hey brothers, every heard of karma? All your dirty moves are going to come back and bite you in the a__ in the finally.

Since last night's episode was a non-elimination leg of the race, husband and wife team, Brian and Ericka are still in the game, along with brothers, Sam and Dan, long-time couple Meghan and Cheyne, and professional sports co-horts, Flight Time and Big Easy.
It's interesting that the last four duos all have different relationship dynamics going on, from spouses, to sibs, to team mates. For example, we see the relationship politics popping out from back-seat-of-the-car type brotherly bickering from Sam and Dan, to nagging-spouse syndrome from Ericka.
It's got me thinking...If I were in the race, who would I choose for my partner? Husband? Na. Sibling? Na. Co-worker? Na. Who? Who would it be?
Has it got you thinking? Who would you chose for your Amazing Race partner?

I noticed recently on Dr. Oz they performed a little competition, a la Amazing Race, as part of their Ultimate Health Challenge. I like that the show has become so ubiquitous that other shows imitate the style. It was hard to watch though because it wasn't done as well.
Did you see the Dr. Oz challenge in which Bob held a competition where the competitors raced around the city based on clues?
What do you think of shows copying the Amazing Race style?
I wonder which show is going to imitate Amazing Race next. Better yet, I wonder which show I want to copy the style. Can you imagine Amazing Race meets CSI?
